Hello, my name's Dave Hutira, I'm the creator of artOmater. I've been programming since 1978; my first FORTRAN and COBOL programs were input using punch cards. I designed and built artOmater based on my earliest Computer Graphics programs from around 1983; these used trigonometric functions, were programmed in BASIC on the original IBM PC, and the results were output on a black and white dot-matrix printer.
